USA RESTRICTION POLICY

1. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION

The 33 ALERTS notification system (the “Service”) and related products and programs offered by 33 Systems Inc., d/b/a 33 ALERTS, are currently available only in the United States of America.

This restriction applies to:

• Service subscriptions
• Product purchases
• Technical support
• All other offerings from 33 ALERTS

2. CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

All payments to 33 ALERTS must be made in:

• U.S. currency, OR
• U.S. funds

We do not accept payments in foreign currencies at this time.

3. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Customers and users must comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo
• You are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• You will not export, re-export, or transfer the Service or any technical data to prohibited countries or parties

4. INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

Should 33 ALERTS products, programs, or services become available outside the United States in the future:

• Proper notice will be posted on our website (www.33alerts.com)
• This Restriction Policy will be updated accordingly
• Additional terms and conditions may apply for international customers

5. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By subscribing to or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is available only in the United States
• You are located in the United States or are an authorized U.S. entity
• You will use the Service only within the United States
• You will comply with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations
